  • Timeframe: The delivery period begins on the next business day after payment has been confirmed.
  • Business days: Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in the delivery timeframe.

2. Secure Shipping and Tracking Number

So that you can track your order with complete peace of mind and security:

  • As soon as your hat is shipped, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number.
  • Using this tracking number, you can follow your order's entire journey in real time until it reaches the delivery address.

3. Hat Packaging

We know that hats are structured pieces that require extra care. Therefore, Enna guarantees:

  • All items are shipped in rigid, durable cardboard boxes specifically designed and suitable for transporting hats.
  • The packaging is designed to ensure that the product does not become deformed, crushed, or damaged and maintains its original quality throughout the entire journey.

4. Delivery Address and Delivery Attempts

Deliveries are made in partnership with trusted carriers to the address provided by you at the time of purchase.

  • Make sure that your address is correct and complete.
  • We recommend providing a valid phone number so that the delivery driver can contact you if there are any questions regarding the delivery.
  • If you are not at the delivery address when the delivery is attempted, the carrier will provide instructions for a new delivery attempt or for collection at a nearby pickup point.
